Power House Dance uses a combination of beat boxing, kickboxing and dance moves to keep your body moving. Burn energy and punchout that stress with this latest dance class! Feel the beat of the music, work those arms and legs while truly burning intensive calories. This class will feature various punching moves, kicking moves (with modifications for any dancer) along with fun dance moves to help keep you distracted from the workout you are getting in.
Power House Dance Class What to Wear: It’s important to wear comfortable and breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. You can consider wearing a lightweight t-shirt or tank top and stretchy leggings or joggers that are not too tight. It’s also important to wear comfortable athletic shoes that provide good support and cushioning for your feet.
