Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle stretches and relaxation techniques that will help you release tension, reduce stress, and increase your flexibility. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through a series of gentle stretches that will help you release tension and increase your flexibility along with guided relaxation that will help you ease your mind and body, and reduce stress.

Stretch & Zen Class What to Wear: When it comes to dressing for a stretch and meditation class, it’s important to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and breathe easily. Loose-fitting clothes are ideal, as they won’t restrict your movements or breathing. Avoid tight-fitting clothes that may prevent you from breathing comfortably and meditating. Yoga-style separates that are suitable for both sitting and walking are preferred. It’s best to avoid clothing that makes noise when you move, so you don’t distract yourself or anyone around you.
