Our R & R class is where you take time to Relax & Restore. In this 60 min class you will be guided to slow down. Bringing you into a state of calm and peace. Restoring balance into your mind and body. During this class, your instructor will guide you through movement and meditation. (NO EXPERIENCE Required). You will learn how to focus on bringing your mind and body back into a healthy regulated state. This can assist you in greater productivity, emotional regulation and being in a better mood. You will cultivate awareness so that you can break free from the overthinking mind and experience a deep sense of inner calm.
R&R Class What to Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move your body freely and breathe easily. A soft shoe or socks with grips is recommended but not required. Please bring water and a yoga mat. A soft blanket and small pillow are optional.
Drop Ins: R&R drop ins are welcome. No membership required. THIS EVENT IS FREE FOR EVERYONE!
