Join our dynamic Men’s Dance Class designed to help you discover the joy of movement and rhythm. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some dance experience, this class offers a supportive and energetic environment to improve your skills and confidence on the dance floor. We will start with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your body and prevent injury and then we perform a variety of dance styles, including jazz modern moves, with a focus on proper technique and form. We will work on fun and engaging routine that will challenge you and enhance your coordination and musicality. This is a two part class September 26th and September 27th starting at 7:30pm. Be sure to register for both classes.
