“Get Down and Groove” is a high-energy dance fitness class that blends the best of aerobics, jazzercise, hip hop and other dance forms into one fun, full-body workout experience. Designed to make you sweat and smile, this class is perfect for anyone looking to get fit and groove to some great music.
The class will start with light aerobics and dynamic stretches to prepare your body for the workout. Then get your heart pumping with high-energy routines set to catchy tunes. Learn a fun dance routine that incorporates moves from a variety of styles, including hip-hop and aerobics. Some routines will incorporate body weight exercises like squats, lunges, and core work to build strength and endurance. Led by an experienced dance instructor who is passionate about dance and fitness, ensuring a supportive and motivating environment for all participants.
