Without the right amount of strength and flexibility you are more prone to injury. This conditioning dance prep class will focus on not only strength building, but body awareness, form and flexibility. This class is specific to dancers but is also good for those looking to build up their strength by building supporting muscles. Building these muscles will help to prevent injury, increase stability and will also vicariously improve performance! We will work a variety of muscle groups including quads, glutes, calves, biceps, triceps, deltoids, back and core providing a well rounded class to help build up that strength. Bring your own weights and mats or we have some lighter weights in the studio for dancer use. 

Conditioning Strength What to Wear:  Comfortable clothing like yoga pants and a t-shirt/tank.
