Pulse Dance Fitness incorporates POUND Unplugged which is a 30-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation along with approximately 20-minutes of dance cardio. This workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental and physical.
Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.

What to wear to POUND Unplugged: Comfortable clothing that can move freely in is best. Leggings, t-shirt or tank tops. Sneakers are recommended for your feet. We will provide the Ripstix®for your in class use.
POUND Unplugged Drop Ins: Drop ins are welcome in this class!
