Ecstatic dance is a form of free-form movement where participants let go of structured steps and allow their bodies to move naturally to the rhythm of the music. This practice is often characterized by its lack of rules, encouraging dancers to express themselves freely and connect deeply with their emotions and the music.  The experience can lead to a trance-like state, promoting feeling of joy and liberation. 

The music in ecstatic dance follows a wave pattern, starting slowly and building to an energetic peak. We will then gradually descend into stillness. This journey through different tempos and intensities helps participants explore various emotional and physical states, fostering a sense of healing and inner peace. 

This event is accessible to everyone, regardless of their dance experience or ability level. We are a truly supportive non-judgmental community which is essential in creating an ecstatic dance environment. The primary goal of this event is to let yourself open up, let go, and allow the music and movement to guide you.
